Co-designed work
Work gets better when people help shape it
What forward-thinking HR leaders strive for?
Here are some of the ambitions Co-Designed Work helps make real
A culture where people feel respected, accomplished, and seen
A workplace where it feels safe to speak up.
Employees experience that reflects what people actually need
A workplace where processes work for the people, not the other way around.
HR programs that people value and want to use
A workplace where positive change feels personal and sustainable.
Where things tend to go wrong?
Even with best intentions, practices often do not lend well. Co-designed work helps you figure out why - and fix it.
Culture & Wellbeing
What’s missing? Why don’t the values feel real day-to-day? How do teams interpret them differently?
What makes people believe that wellbeing is truly supported here? And what signals the opposite?
Development & Retention
What kind of development do people actually want? And what keeps them from engaging with what’s already there?
HR Tools & Processes
Are the tools serving the users—or the other way around? What are the invisible blockers inside everyday workflows?
How Co-designed work Service 'works'
During this whole process my role would be a Project Manager, Design Thinking Partner, Workshop Facilitator, Consultant, and a Friend.
Phase 1: Discovery
I immerse myself in the context of your people and conduct user research on the problematic area, uncovering their unmet needs and expectations during this journey step.
Phase 2: Define the problem
We synthesize insights to define the real issue behind surface symptoms and articulate it clearly.
Phase 3: Co-creation and ideation
I engage actual users and key stakeholders to collaboratively design the most desirable solution and scope it into a pilot project with appropriate success measures.
Phase 4: Validation
I present findings at the C-level, highlighting what matters most to users, what’s feasible, and what we propose as a pilot.
Phase 5: Pilot Delivery & Assessment
Depending on the solution, I may or may not participate in implementation.
We collect both quantitative and qualitative feedback (including user interviews) on nearly everything related to the users’ experience.
Phase 6: Full-scale Implementation planning
I support your internal team with ideas and consultancy for a smooth scale-up.
Implementation formats of co-designed work may vary
“Because when people co-create the system, they’re more likely to trust it — and make it work.”
